Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation in Iligan City invites a detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from conception to completion, keeping them on schedule and within budget.

You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, develop documentation, assess risks, prepare cost estimates, perform site inspections, and mentor junior staff to drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, CAD, and Excel is required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and managing engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of CAD and technical drawing interpretation.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project/Primavera).
• Ability to develop cost estimates and resource plans.
• Knowledge of Philippine building codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, design drawings, and progress reports.
• Analyze project requirements and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project performance metrics and conduct QA reviews.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and resource plans.
• Conduct site inspections to verify specifications and workmanship.
• Maintain organized project files and databases.
• Support development of process improvements and mentor junior team members.
