Qualifications

• Plan and manage all phases of engineering projects.
• Prepare technical specs, drawings, and progress reports.
• Assess requirements and mitigate risks for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Create detailed cost estimates and resource plans.
• Inspect sites and verify workmanship against specs.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including specs, drawings, and reports.
• Analyze requirements and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct QA reviews for standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct site inspections and verify specifications and workmanship.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and mentor juniors.
