Job summary

RHK Land Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Supervisory professional for the MEPFS division within the construction management group to oversee project execution, manage contractors, and ensure alignment with design intent.

You will review plans, anticipate clashes, coordinate with on-site and satellite teams, engage with MEPFS consultants as needed, and lead feasibility studies and change-order investigations in collaboration with the QS team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising MEPFS in construction projects.
• Strong ability to review plans and identify clashes early.
• Excellent coordination with on-site and design teams.
• Experience coordinating with external consultants when needed.
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies and investigate change orders with QS team.
