Job description

Responsible for providing Leadership to the project team. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Collaborate with other managers, specializing in various project aspects, and are involved in all project phases from planning to completion.

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget

Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Develop and implement quality control programs.

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses

Make sure that a project is completed on time and within agreed budget.

Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.

Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Principal and client-relation.

Manage and supervise Subordinates in project planning and decision making.

Evaluates project proposals of Vendors and Contractors prior to endorsement.

Q.A/Q.C ensures that the final product observes the company’s quality standards. In general, these detail-oriented professionals are responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
