Job summary

The Rigging Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, monitor, and ensure successful project execution on-site in Pasay City and Calamba area. You will work with clients, project teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to meet timelines, safety standards, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, preparing schedules and reports, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with plans and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Engineer preferred, depending on project requirements.
• Experience in project engineering, construction, or related field is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specs.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD and project management software are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from start to completion.
• Prepare and review project plans, technical documents, schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project personnel on requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure activities comply with approved plans, safety requirements, and standards.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, material requirements, and docs.
• Review drawings, specs, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for proper execution.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports for management/clients.
• Ensure proper turnover and completion of deliverables.
• Perform other engineering and project-related duties as assigned.
