Job summary

ALSONS DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT CORPORATION is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead the day-to-day construction management of assigned projects. The role ensures on-site work complies with approved plans and specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

The successful candidate will perform cost and quantity estimation for budgets and bids, and take direct responsibility for budget approval, cost monitoring, and controls to project completion. Three years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineer with PRC licensure.
• At least 3 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in project management, MS Office and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction management to ensure site work adheres to plans and specs.
• Perform cost and quantity estimation for budget and bidding, and manage budget approval and cost control.

Duties and Responsibilities

• He/she will be in-charge in the day-to-day construction management of his/her assigned project/s making sure that what is implemented at site is in accordance with the approval plans and specifications

• He/she will be doing cost and quantity estimating for budget and bidding purposes and will be directly in-charge of the budget approval, cost monitoring and control to his assigned project/s
