Job summary

Imperial Homes Corporation in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Project Development professional to conduct feasibility studies and oversee regulatory compliance for land development projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Must be knowledgeable in processing of Titles and Tax Declaration.
• With at least 4 years of experience in project development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project feasibility studies, including financial, market, technical, and site analyses.
• Monitor, secure, and ensure regulatory compliance for titling, permits, and licenses before land development and during the post-development of the project.
• Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities based on financial and commercial feasibility.
• Ensure that the established relationship with the Government Agencies / Local Government Units, specifically the Registry of Deeds, Assessor's Office, Land Tax and Bureau of Internal Revenue, where we are actively operating business, is sustained and strengthened.
• Assist in various duties of Project Development and attend to other assignments that may be assigned by the Head relative to the job.
• Identify permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements necessary for project implementation
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and government agencies regarding permits, approvals, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
