Vena Energy (Philippines) is seeking a consultant for a 6-month full-time engagement to support Business Development in regulatory permitting, stakeholder communications, and field coordination. The role involves regular field visits to liaise with government agencies and host communities, as well as coordinating IEC activities and documenting concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Development team apply for, secure, monitor and maintain all relevant regulatory permits, approvals and clearances for the various pipeline projects.
Assist in writing/preparing/editing project documents such as communications to stakeholders, progress reports, meeting minutes, stakeholder IEC documentation, CDMP etc.
Regularly visit the project sites and other field locations to liaise with government agencies, local government units, host barangays/communities, IP tribes, and other key stakeholders.
Help coordinate project IEC activities and consultation meetings with host barangays/ communities, IP tribes, LGU officials, and local stakeholders; make project presentations for these meetings and document questions and concerns raised.
Help supervise third-party consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion of works in accordance with company standards and existing laws and regulations.
Coordinate with the Technical Services and Land Acquisition teams when conducting joint field activities and other shared workstreams.
Keep SP updated, attend monthly BD obligation and documentation alignment meetings, and ensure documents are filed, organized and monitored in a timely and efficient manner.
Circulate documents via post and emails, making sure these reach the intended recipients within the timeline required and thereby avoiding any late communications or missed deadlines.
Perform other Project Development support tasks as required.
Prerequisites:
Graduate of Business, Engineering, Sciences or any related course
At least two years related work experience
Must be willing to report full time onsite and to conduct fieldwork
Preferably has a background in energy, power, environment or regulatory industry
