We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Development Associate to support our real estate development team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to project feasibility, planning, market research, and site implementation support.
Key Responsibilities of a Project Development Associate:
Financial Analysis & Feasibility Support
- Gather and organize cost data for feasibility studies
- Encode and update financial models and templates under supervision
- Assist in preparing cost summaries, budget breakdowns, and ROI-related inputs
- Support documentation for management presentations
Project Planning & Coordination
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and task logs
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item tracking
- Coordinate document flow for internal and external approvals
- Assist in pre-development coordination and reporting
Regulatory Compliance Support
- Assist in preparing and tracking permit requirements (DHSUD, LGU, DENR, etc.)
- Monitor completeness and submission status of regulatory documents
- Support follow-ups on routine applications
- Maintain updated permit trackers per project
- Gain exposure to housing regulations (BP 220, PD 957, etc.)
Market Research
- Conduct desk and field research on competitor projects, pricing, and inventory
- Consolidate data into structured reports and comparison templates
- Support Sales & Marketing with market insights and summaries
Project Implementation Support
- Assist in site inspections and documentation
- Help prepare progress reports, pictures, and site observations
- Maintain construction schedules and coordination logs
- Support logistics for site visits and inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–2 years of relevant work or experience in real estate, construction, or property development is an advantage
- Exposure to housing/subdivision projects is highly desirable
- Experience with basic financial modeling or project coordination tasks is an advantage
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to read basic site plans and reports is an advantage
