WSP Manila Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Deputy PMs and PMs with project portfolios, governance, and data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes structured financial tracking, reporting, and action management to enable effective project delivery and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, systems-minded, and adept at working with data, processes, and structured workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience applying coordination or project support skills.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and processes.
• Exposure to financial tracking, reporting, or project systems is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Deputy PMs in coordination and administration of project portfolios.
• Maintain and update project trackers (financial, invoicing, pipeline, actions).
• Prepare data for project reviews for Deputy PM and Team Executive use.
• Monitor project financial performance, budgets, labour multipliers, and margins.
• Prepare data for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Provide invoicing support by gathering information and tracking items.
• Track actions from review meetings and ensure timely follow ups.
• Identify portfolio risks and red flags and escalate when needed.
• Review pipeline portfolios for risks, missing updates, or data inconsistencies.
• Support weekly time tracking compliance through reminders and basic reporting.
• Assist with system updates to ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Coordinate with Project Finance Support, project teams, and KAMs to gather inputs.
• Support procurement administration tasks and maintain records.
• Contribute to improving consistency and quality of project data and reporting outputs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
