Job summary

Power Generator Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Business Planner Cost Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and proposals for repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation of transformers, generators, rotors, and other electrical rotating equipment.

You will review technical docs, analyze scope, and develop comprehensive cost breakdowns with labor, materials, equipment and overhead. Your role includes preparing bids, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with engineering and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in cost estimation for industrial projects.
• Experience in power plant maintenance, electrical equipment repair, or industrial projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and inspection reports.
• Knowledge of transformer, generator and rotor repair costing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for transformer, generator, and rotor repair projects.
• Develop cost breakdowns including labor, materials, equipment, testing, and overhead.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and bid submissions.
• Review quotations and ensure estimates are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to validate scope.
