Job summary

Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking an implementation-focused Project Coordinator to join our team in the Philippines. You will coordinate projects, document actions, and support PMs in a fast-paced environment while aligning with US business hours.

This role requires at least 2 years in project management or coordination, strong stakeholder communication, and meticulous meeting minutes tracking. PMP certification is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Project coordination and administration
• Meeting minutes and action item tracking
• Supporting PMs and Senior PMs across projects
• Project documentation management
• Tracking project spends and metrics
• Scheduling meetings and managing project communications
