Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum Philippines is seeking an implementation-focused Project Coordinator to support PMs across projects, maintain minutes, track action items, and manage project documentation. This role requires 2+ years in project management and availability to work during U.S.

business hours. In addition to coordinating meetings, you will help track spends and metrics while ensuring adherence to company policies.

• 2+ years of relevant project management or project coordination experience.
• Proven ability to support project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work during U.S. business hours (full overlap).

Primary Responsibilities

• Project coordination and administration
• Meeting minutes and action item tracking
• Supporting PMs and Senior PMs across projects
• Project documentation management
• Tracking project spends and metrics
• Scheduling meetings and managing project communications
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
