PROJECT COORDINATOR

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and distribute regular status reports to project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks; escalate as necessary.
• Support quality control and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Assist in resource allocation and procurement of materials or services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned documentation.
