Job summary

Optum is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and administer multiple projects, track actions, and support PMs across assignments. You will manage project documentation, monitoring spends and metrics, and schedule communications to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Master’s or graduate degree, and 2–3 years of PM experience with certification such as PMP/Agile. A healthcare operations background is a plus, with familiarity in enterprise PMO environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project coordination and administration
• Meeting minutes and action item tracking
• Supporting PMs and Senior PMs across projects
• Project documentation management

• Scheduling meetings and managing project communications

Required Qualifications:

• Master's /Graduate degree
• Project management certification: PMP / Agile preferable ( PMP/CSM/Agile Safe/PGMP) is plus
• At least 2 -3 years of relevant project management experience/ project coordination experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Experience
  • Exposure to working in Enterprise PMO units
• Exposure to Healthcare and/or healthcare operations experience
• Working Knowledge of Pricing Models like TBB /outcome based pricing
• Exposure to Agile methodology
• Exposure to automation work/tools/Project Management
