Job summary

AECOM Philippines in Taguig is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support cost and scheduling analysis across projects. You will interpret drawings in BIM, coordinate with vendors, and prepare BoQs, with a minimum of five years in QS. Night shift is required, and three days per week are onsite to synchronize with project teams.

Join a global firm and participate in scope control, change management, and progress data reviews. All new hires must attend Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying.
• Ability to interpret drawings in BIM and create BoQs.
• Willing to work fixed night shift; 3 days onsite weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost and schedule analysis through data collection.
• Interpret drawings in BIM and compile BoQs.
• Support procurement tracking of POs and subcontract commitments.
• Contribute to earned value concepts and cost baseline fundamentals.
• Support scope control and change management.
