Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking a motivated finance/analyst trainee to join our Group Support team on a full-time, hybrid schedule. All new hires attend Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.

You will be introduced to company financial systems, learn accounting principles, and assist with data collection on manpower, costs, and schedule analyses to support project performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and assist in cost analysis for projects.
• Learn accounting principles and WBS concepts.
• Collect data and perform initial analyses on manpower, labor hours, and costs versus budgets.
• Support tracking of purchase orders and subcontract expenditures.
• Gain exposure to project revenue and cost concepts and change control.
