Job summary

PM Consulting in Quezon City is seeking a Project Controller Associate Manager to lead CAPEX controllership, from transaction review to closing and compliance reporting. You will uphold strong controls over project accounts and governance across the finance function.

The role requires CPA and a minimum of 2 years in project or construction accounting, with proficiency in Excel and SAP knowledge. Hybrid work setup with Monday–Friday schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business course; CPA license required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project or construction accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process CAPEX-related transactions aligned with concession commitments.
• Perform CAPEX budget administration, control, and reporting.
• Execute CAPEX financial closing timely and accurately, managing dependencies and issues.
• Prepare compliance reports and monitor CAPEX obligations.
• Implement and maintain controls and governance for CAPEX accounts.
• Support audit review activities and sustain audit compliance standards.
• Execute and support process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

About the role:

Project Controller Associate Manager to lead CAPEX controllership functions — from transaction review and budget administration to financial closing and compliance reporting. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong controls and governance over project-related accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process CAPEX-related transactions in line with concession commitments
• Perform CAPEX budget administration, control, and reporting
• Execute timely and accurate CAPEX financial closing, managing dependencies and resolving issues
• Prepare compliance reports and monitor CAPEX-related obligations
• Implement and maintain controls and governance practices for CAPEX accounts
• Support audit review activities and sustain audit compliance standards
• Execute and support process improvement initiatives within the finance function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business course; CPA license required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project or construction accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); able to handle large data and prepare analyses
• Experience with SAP (FICO, MM, PS, or Asset Accounting modules) is a plus
• Keen attention to detail, self-starter mindset, and strong written and verbal communication skills
