Job summary

WJ Groundwater Philippines in Makati seeks an engineer to support project documentation, drawings and procedures with strong CAD proficiency and attention to detail. The role requires an engineering background (licensed preferred) and experience in Civil/Mechanical projects, plus excellent MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.

The incumbent will prepare start-up documents, progress reports, commissioning/decommissioning records, and as-built drawings, while maintaining high-quality documentary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (licensed preferred); Civil, Mechanical, etc.
• Preferably experienced in using CAD
• Proficient in AutoCAD drawing and presentation
• Civil/Mechanical engineering experience is an advantage
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willing to work extended hours

Responsibilities

• Prepare project start-up documents, Method Statements, working drawings and procedures.
• Prepare payment application templates and draft regular progress reports.
• Prepare Well commissioning and decommissioning records and as-built drawings.
• Maintain a documentary record to a high-quality standard of contractual activities.
• Monitor project submissions including Daily PSA’s, borehole logs.
• Assist in making dashboards and setting Alarms.
• Apply for utility locates ahead of time and prepare locate packages.
• Prepare detailed dewatering plan with AutoCAD drawings.

Education

Engineering degree (licensed preferred)

Strong drawing/presentation skills
