Job summary

Colas Rail APAC in the Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to manage the full purchasing cycle for projects, from requisition through purchase order, RFQs, supplier sourcing and evaluation. You will source, negotiate with suppliers and ensure best-value offers while complying with HSE and contractual requirements.

With at least 2 years of relevant experience, you will coordinate with Project, Technical, Contracts, Finance, Logistics, Quality and HSE teams to ensure timely

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing process from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order.
• Prepare and issue RFQs in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers.
• Conduct commercial comparisons and recommend the best-value offer.
• Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, financial, legal and HSE requirements.
• Follow up Purchase Orders, deliveries and supplier performance.
• Manage supplier qualification and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate procurement reporting and promptly escalated risks or delays.
• Support cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Project, Technical, Contracts, Finance, Logistics, Quality and HSE teams.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Buyer or Engineer with a strong interest in procurement and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
