Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Analyst - L2 with experience in enterprise application implementation, business and systems analysis, and data migration initiatives. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting system implementation activities, facilitating data migration processes, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Conduct business and systems analysis for enterprise applications and technology initiatives.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data quality assessments.
• Perform data analysis and SQL-based queries for validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Create process flow diagrams and documentation using tools such as Visio or BPMN.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of requirements, data, and project documentation.
• Participate in SDLC activities, including requirements analysis, testing support, implementation, and post-production support.
• Assist in project coordination, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and resolve system and process issues through analytical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or insurance is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise software development and implementation projects.
• Exposure to data migration projects and methodologies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business analysis, and systems analysis.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data migration lifecycle, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio and BPMN.
• Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of content management systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
