• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.

• Experience with wall panel installation, precast, AAC/ALC panels, concrete works, or similar construction materials is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site for the duration of the project (3 months).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the installation of Luftcrete wall panels on-site.
• Ensure proper installation methods, alignment, dimensions, connections, and finishing are followed.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, site engineers, foremen, and workers regarding panel installation requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and installation details relevant to the wall panel works.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure installation activities remain on schedule.
• Inspect completed works and identify installation defects, deviations, or technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during installation.
• Coordinate with Luftcrete and the project team regarding material requirements and technical concerns.
• Prepare daily site updates, progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Monitor material usage, deliveries, and proper handling of wall panels on-site.

About you

• Knowledge in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, measurements, and site coordination.

• Able to supervise workers and coordinate effectively with contractors and project teams.

• Strong problem‑solving and technical decision‑making skills.

• Willing to work on-site for the duration of the project.

• Available for a 3-month project‑based engagement.
