Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Project Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project financial health, delivering accurate budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating directly with project managers and external clients to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accurate financial forecasts and detailed budgets for both ongoing and upcoming projects
• Provide strategic financial insight to project managers to optimize resource allocation and project execution
• Monitor, update, and adjust project budgets dynamically based on scope changes, field updates, or external operational factors
• Deliver clear financial updates and interface professionally with clients and project stakeholders

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related financial course
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and MS Office Suite
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP, QuickBooks, or enterprise ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence suitable for client-facing engagements
• Must reside in Quezon City or adjacent/nearby cities for reasonable commute times
