Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare project financial reports, variance analyses, and supporting schedules.
• Review and record project transactions, expenses, payables, receivables, advances, and fixed assets.
• Conduct bank and petty cash reconciliations and ensure timely liquidation of cash advances.
• Monitor project costs, revenue, JIP, and asset accounts during month-end closing.
• Prepare project close-out reports and assist in corrective adjustments.
• Coordinate with project teams for billing, revenue details, receivables, and unbilled accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Support audits by providing complete schedules and documentation.
• Train project staff on accounting processes as needed.
• Protect confidentiality of project and financial information.
• Support improvements in reporting processes by eliminating duplications and enhancing automation.
