• Budget Management: Create, monitor, and update project budgets with project managers to ensure alignment with scope and timelines.
• Cost & Expense Tracking: Record and reconcile labor, materials, equipment, and vendor costs against assigned job categories.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue client and progress invoices based on contract terms, milestones, or percentage of completion.
• Variance & Profitability Analysis: Investigate cost variances, analyze profit margins, and forecast project financial outcomes.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure financial operations comply with industry regulations, internal controls, and client or donor contract requirements.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular financial health reports and risk analysis to project managers and senior leadership.
