Job summary

Parkside is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead SAP-focused technology and testing programmes within a major Financial Services environment. This senior delivery role combines programme management leadership with a strong background in QA, Testing and Quality Engineering.

You will own large-scale SAP programmes, driving governance, budgets, risks and stakeholder reporting across technology, business and testing functions to ensure delivery on time, to budget and to quality

Senior Programme Manager - SAP / QA & Testing

Location: London

Rate: £550+ per day

We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead complex SAP-focused technology and testing programmes within a major Financial Services environment.

This is a senior delivery role requiring someone who combines strong Programme Management leadership with a genuine background in QA, Testing and Quality Engineering. You will take ownership of large-scale programmes, working across technology, business and testing functions to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, business-critical SAP transformation and testing programmes from planning through to delivery
• Own programme governance, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and senior stakeholder reporting
• Provide leadership across QA, Testing and Quality Engineering workstreams
• Coordinate multiple technology, business, vendor and delivery teams
• Drive testing strategy across areas such as integration, regression, UAT and end-to-end testing
• Manage senior stakeholders within a complex Banking / Financial Services environment
• Ensure programmes are delivered against agreed quality, timeline and commercial objectives

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Senior Programme Manager / Programme Director delivering major technology programmes
• Previous career experience within QA, Software Testing, Test Management or Quality Engineering
• Strong SAP programme experience, ideally involving major implementation, migration or transformation programmes
• Experience delivering within Banking, Financial Services or another highly regulated environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise testing strategies and large-scale technology delivery
• Excellent senior stakeholder, governance and vendor management skills
