Job summary

MiQ is seeking an Account Coordinator to deliver client-focused service across campaigns. You will support pre-campaign setup, campaign activation, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring timely insights and seamless operations for MiQ clients.

You’ll work in a collaborative, growth-minded team environment, leveraging programmatic advertising knowledge and Salesforce for CRM and pipeline management. A hybrid work model supports flexibility in the Philippines region.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an advertising/media agency or similar
• Team environment experience
• Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising preferred
• A can-do attitude with drive to grow with MiQ

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for MiQ clients.
• Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations run smoothly.
• Support with investigation and resolution of invoice queries and CRM governance.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration and communicate campaign issues/opportunities clearly.
