Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple projects within a strategic program for US-based clients. You will align cross-functional teams, drive governance, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Responsibilities include roadmaps, delivery strategies, coordinating managers and technical teams, and monitoring budgets, risks, and reporting to executives. A strong PM background and international client experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business.
• 8+ years of experience managing large programs or portfolios.
• Experience with enterprise technology or consulting programs; governance focus.
• PM certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum) are an advantage.
• Experience supporting international or US-based clients preferred.
