• Master’s or Doctorate in CS/IT/IS or related fields.
• 3–5 years in educational management as a Dean or Program Head.
• 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Proven CHED compliance, program creation, and policy development.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent relationship-building and business communication.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Adaptable, innovative, and open to new tools and processes.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• CHED training or accreditation seminars (preferred).
• Leadership and academic management programs (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the BSIS program in Business and Data Analytics, aligned with enterprise systems, business intelligence, and digital transformation needs.
• Ensure compliance with CHED CMO, MORPHE, and other government regulations in offering academic programs.
• Prepare, review, and approve course offerings, syllabi, and reference materials aligned with regulatory standards.
• Build and recruit a qualified faculty pool and lead the Academics Team in faculty development planning.
• Develop and implement a Faculty Development Program aligned with institutional goals.
• Prepare regular academic reports and updates for the Management Committee and School Board.
• Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry linkages to enhance program relevance and graduate employability.
• Ensure smooth development, transition and continuity of the program in coordination with other academic and non-academic offices.

• At least 3-5 years of extensive experience in educational management and administrative roles as a Dean or Program Head.
• At least 3–5 years of extensive and related industry experience.
• Proven experience in CHED compliance, academic program creation, and policy development.
