Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced finance data professional to serve as the analytical backbone for Commercial Finance, building Power BI reporting and governing the Data Warehouse.

You will prepare monthly profitability and lifetime profitability models, drive data quality, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure Finance remains the single source of truth for product data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, commercial finance, data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product profitability, revenue drivers, costs, KPIs, and lifetime profitability.
• Experience preparing recurring management and profitability reports, dashboards, and financial analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Risk, Finance, Sales, Operations, senior management).
• Familiarity with consumer finance products such as personal loans, cash loans, revolving loans, or credit cards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards or BI reports.
• Ability to consolidate large data sets from multiple sources into reliable outputs.
• Knowledge of data governance and single source of truth principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly profitability reports for core product lines (POS Loans, Cash Loans, Revolving Loans, or Value-Added Services).
• Serve as Finance's primary contact for initiatives related to the assigned product.
• Develop lifetime profitability (LTP) models to support business units and product streams.
• Uphold accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all LTP models and reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source, validate, and consolidate data inputs for LTP execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards translating business requirements into insights.
• Drive improvements in accuracy, usability, and automation of Commercial Finance reporting.
• Act as the primary SQL specialist for the Commercial Finance Data Warehouse and data integrity.
• Fulfill data requests, validate and reconcile data across reports.
• Establish reporting standards and governance for the single source of truth.
