Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Professional Services Veterinarian to help veterinary teams gain clarity for confident clinical decisions and exceptional patient care across Philippines and Asia.

You will educate, consult, and partner with practices, universities, and industry partners to drive adoption of IDEXX diagnostics, delivering seminars and technical content while supporting customers in the field.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• At least five years of clinical veterinary experience.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary veterinary medicine and clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Consult with practice owners and key decision-makers on medical protocols and diagnostic strategies for patient care and practice growth.
• Educate and support veterinarians, veterinary nurses, technicians, and staff on IDEXX products, services, workflows, and best practices.
• Represent IDEXX within the veterinary community by delivering seminars, continuing education programs, and presentations at clinics, universities, and industry events.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, distributors, and cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise, training, market trial support, and customer insights.
• Develop, review, and present technical content to help customers understand and apply IDEXX solutions in practice.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, answering clinical questions and resolving product-related concerns.

As a Professional Services Veterinarian (PSV), you will help veterinary teams gain the clarity they need to make confident clinical decisions and deliver exceptional patient care.

Working closely with veterinary practices, universities, and industry partners across Philippines and Asia, you will combine your clinical expertise with education, relationship building, and business partnership to support the adoption and utilization of IDEXX diagnostic solutions.

At IDEXX, we create clarity for veterinarians through innovative diagnostics, actionable insights, and trusted support. As part of our Companion Animal Group (CAG), you'll serve as a key medical and technical partner to veterinary professionals, helping practices improve workflows, enhance patient outcomes, and unlock the full value of IDEXX solutions.

In this role

What you need to succeed

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• At least five years of clinical veterinary experience.

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
