Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience as a medical representative is an advantage.

Role Description

The Professional Medical Representative – Dermatology is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for promoting dermatology-related pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through in-person visits, product presentations, and regular follow-ups. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and hospitals, providing accurate product information, samples, and educational materials. Daily activities include monitoring market trends and competitor activities, organizing and participating in medical events, and ensuring timely reporting of sales performance and field insights. The role also requires coordination with internal teams for inventory, marketing initiatives, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable and/or experience in Pharmacy and Medicine, particularly related to dermatology products is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess Market Intelligence skills, including the ability to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and provide responsive support.
• Candidates should ideally demonstrate sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting targets in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
• Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with medical stakeholders.
• Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Quezon City and travel locally for client visits, events, and territory coverage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred; prior experience as a medical representative is an advantage.
• Candidates should be proficient in basic computer applications and reporting tools, and committed to ethical promotion and regulatory compliance.
