B.BRAUN AVITUM PHILIPPINES, INC is seeking a Professional Hospital Representative to drive revenue by building relationships with hospitals and clinics in Bulacan. You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

The role requires at least 2 years in medical/pharmaceutical sales, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license are essential.

As a Professional Hospital Representative, you will drive revenue by cultivating relationships with healthcare clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Development — Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals; secure new clients and exceed sales targets; deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations.
• Sales Operations — Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; take ownership of performance delivery; maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline data.
• Collaboration & Market Insight — Work closely with internal teams to align initiatives; share market insights; refine strategies based on healthcare trends.
• Financial Coordination — Partner with Finance to recover overdue payments, resolve billing issues, and prepare accurate forecasts aligned with inventory planning.
• Compliance & Ethics — Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards; educate clients on safe product use.
• CRM Management — Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce; track leads, opportunities, and visits; leverage BI dashboards for territory planning.

Requirements
