Job summary

Sensient Technologies (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a production operator to support daily manufacturing activities at the Biñan, Laguna site. You will ensure accurate handling of materials, proper weighing, and efficient packing of finished goods in line with GMP and FSQMS.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of production experience and a technical or vocational background, with strong teamwork and reliability. The role emphasizes discipline, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year technical or vocational course; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in production operation, preferably in a food manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge in HACCP/GMP/Sanitation/Personal hygiene required.
• Technically inclined, physical stamina and mobility, reliability and honesty, good interpersonal skills, strong work ethics and values, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accomplishing tasks in accordance with set standards to attain optimum production output and efficiency.
• Handle raw materials, dump raw materials, and ensure complete and accurate materials are charged into the equipment.
• Oversee finished goods packing with correct pack weights and strict GMP/FSQMS compliance.

What you will do
