The ideal candidate has a 2-year vocational technical credential in electrical or mechanical fields and experience with SBM equipment such as Sipa, Sidel, Krones, or KHS. Strong PLC/PC literacy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-year Vocational Technical Course in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of college-level education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PET Stretch Blow Molding (SBM) machines to meet production targets.
• Perform machine setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot PET blowing machines (specifically Siba, Sidel, Krones, and KHS).
• Accurately record production data and maintain required operational documentation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Injection Unit, and Filler Production Engineers to ensure efficient workflow.

Production Technician - PET Blow Molding, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining stretch blow molding (SBM) machines used in the production of PET bottles. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while adhering to established operating procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor PET Stretch Blow Molding (SBM) machines to meet production targets.
• Perform machine setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot PET blowing machines (specifically Sipa, Sidel, Krones, and KHS).
• Accurately record production data and maintain required operational documentation.
• Coordinate regularly with Warehouse, Quality, Injection Unit, and Filler Production Engineers to ensure efficient workflow.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of a 2-year Vocational Technical Course (Diploma or Certificate) in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of college-level education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• With experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, preferably in PET Stretch Blow Molding (SBM).
• Knowledgeable in SBM machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling Siba, Sidel, Krones, or KHS blowing machines is a strong advantage.
• Basic computer literacy to input daily production output, research parts, and use maintenance software.
