Qualifications

• Experience operating Nord meccanica Combi machine for lamination.
• Knowledge of lamination process with minimal losses.
• Maintain high output with quality.
• Filling production data in logbook and system.
• Knowledge of adhesive, hardener and ethyl mixing ratio.
• Maintain 5S on shopfloor.
• Knowledge of solvent base and solvent-less processes.
• Online problem solving skills.
• Prioritize safety for self and team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Nord meccanica Combi machine for lamination of flexible packaging films.
• Handle lamination process problems with minimal losses.
• Run machine with minimum wastage and high output with quality.
• Record and update production data in logbooks and systems.
• Apply proper adhesive, hardener and ethyl mixing ratios.
