Job summary

Good Shepherd Manufacturing Corporation in Silang, Cavite is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production operations, ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach Team Leaders and Operators, monitor line performance, coordinate with Maintenance and Planning, uphold 5S, and implement improvements. Work schedule includes day or night shifts with overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in production setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train Team Leaders and Operators to meet quality standards.
• Ensure materials and supplies are available; monitor machine conditions and cleanliness.
• Maintain production boards and report completed jobs for the next schedule.
• Report breakdowns and manage downtime decisions during night shifts.
• Uphold 5S housekeeping across the production area.
• Coordinate mold and material changes with maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
