Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, industrial tech or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in production/manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, team management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production lines and technical activities across shifts.
• Monitor KPI performance to meet production targets.
• Provide first-level support for escalated production issues.
• Coach employees and document performance issues as required.
• Maintain housekeeping, SOP adherence and safety practices.
• Record and report production data for traceability.
