Job summary

Sucere Foods Corporation in Bulacan, Philippines, seeks a Production Operations Supervisor to oversee all manufacturing activities and ensure products meet customer requirements and quality standards. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, and control of processes; lead the production team; collaborate with QA, engineering and procurement; prepare daily/weekly reports and support continuous improvement.

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing-related field required.
Knowledge of ISO standards.
Strong production planning and line management skills.
Good knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Team-oriented and highly motivated.
Able to listen and influence, summarize information.

Responsibilities

Oversee production planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
Coordinate with manufacturing manager and procurement to ensure raw material availability.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to meet product specs and customer requirements.
Update daily production schedule and review manpower per line.
Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and address production issues.
Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental policies.
Prepare daily shift schedules and monitor OEE and productivity reports.
Prepare and submit weekly reports (OEE, Manning Schedule, productivity) to Production Manager.
Close CAPA items related to food safety and quality.
Coordinate with HRD and agency for daily manpower and with Facility Maintenance for repair schedules.
Coordinate with Safety Officer on safety concerns.
Update SOPs and production forms.
