Job summary

APEM PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities at our Clark Freeport Zone facility.

You will ensure schedules and customer requirements are met while driving quality, productivity, and efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/ mechanical/ manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing/production, supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
