About the role

The production supervisor acts as the direct link between assembly or manufacturing workers and upper management. This role balances hands-on floor oversight with administrative tasks to keep production lines running smoothly. A production supervisor manages daily manufacturing operations, coordinates floor workers, and ensures production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor products during manufacturing to verify they meet exact company and industry quality standards

• Conduct investigation on incidents that arise during shift and prepare corrective/preventive action reports

• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Engineering Courses or any related field

• Well experienced in production management with demonstrated leadership in planning, execution and monitoring of production activities

• Exhibits basic management skills including planning, leading, and organizing
