Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Picker and Packer or similar production role in manufacturing or logistics environments
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift items up to 25 kg regularly, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing tasks
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets and deadlines
• Reliable timekeeping and consistent attendance record
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems and packing procedures
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a production setting

Responsibilities

• Picking products from inventory according to order specifications and packing lists with accuracy and efficiency
• Packing items securely into appropriate containers, ensuring proper labelling and documentation
• Operating and maintaining packing equipment and machinery as required
• Verifying product quality and checking for defects before items are packed
• Organising and maintaining a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies
• Tracking inventory levels and communicating with supervisors regarding stock availability
• Following all health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Meeting daily production targets and performance metrics
• Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and resolve operational challenges
• Supporting other production and logistics functions as needed
