About the role

PROMESSO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Production Staff member to join our manufacturing team in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our assembly and process work operations. As Production Staff, you will be integral to maintaining our production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. This role offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in manufacturing whilst working within a structured team environment committed to excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform assembly tasks and process work activities with precision and attention to detail
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow documented work instructions and production schedules to meet daily output targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area, including proper storage of materials and tools
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisory staff immediately
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and support colleagues as needed
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility
