Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and assembly equipment.
• Perform manual assembly tasks including cutting and crimping.
• Inspect assembled items for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Pack finished products and prepare for shipment or next stage.
• Pack finished products, label appropriately, and prepare for shipment or next stage in production.
• Monitor one’s own output and help meet daily/shift production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and production area.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating larger problems to technical staff.
• Comply with all safety procedures (PPE usage, machine guarding, good housekeeping).
• Report any production delays, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisor.
• May perform basic machine setup, changeovers, or adjustment tasks under supervision.
