A leading manufacturing company in Cebu City is seeking a Production Staff/Industrial Engineer to oversee assembly line operations and ensure production efficiency. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Physically fit and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Familiarity with time and motion studies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly line operations to maintain production efficiency and achieve set targets.
• Conduct studies on productivity, layout, and process improvements to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Monitor line progress and perform regular checks to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead 5S implementation and develop training programs for team members.
