Responsibilities

• Issue Sales Orders for parts preparation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely parts delivery.
• Liaise with Sales Division on customer shipment orders.
• Prepare import/export documentation and acquire PEZA permits.
• Conduct physical inventory checks of parts and products.
• Report discrepancies to immediate superior.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by management.
