Job summary

Kaertech Electronics Philippines seeks a Production Planning Supervisor in Biñan, Laguna. You will oversee production and material planning, inventory control, and capacity planning to meet the monthly production schedule.

You will lead a small team, conduct performance reviews, ensure ERP/MRP (Odoo) transactions are completed on time, and drive Lean Six Sigma improvements. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with AI tools are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in production planning and inventory control in manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with electronics processes and ERP/MRP systems such as Odoo.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for complex data analysis; background in AI tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC to solve complex issues; strong analytical thinking and collaboration.
