Job summary

Gem Foods International, Inc. in North Caloocan is seeking a PPIC Officer to structure production plans, monitor inventory, and align material requirements with orders.

You will prepare schedules, track material availability, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Purchasing to keep plan execution on track. The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor's degree, has PPIC or production planning experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in PPIC, production planning, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, production capacity, and material availability.
• Plan and monitor inventory and stock allocation to ensure materials and finished goods are available to support production and order requirements.
• Determine and monitor material requirements based on production plans and expected demand.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales/Business Development, and Purchasing to keep production requirements and operational priorities aligned.
• Monitor the status and expected availability of materials being procured by Purchasing and incorporate these updates into production plans and schedules.
• Monitor production and inventory movements and promptly flag potential material shortages, delays, excess inventory, or other issues that may affect production and order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain PPIC reports, production schedules, inventory monitoring records, material requirement plans, and other related documentation.

We are looking for a PPIC Officer who can bring structure to this process by keeping production plans, inventory levels, material requirements, and order priorities aligned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Preferably with experience in PPIC, production planning, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.

• Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requirements and changing priorities.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is a must.
