The role requires a bachelor's degree, experience in metal fabrication, and strong organizational and communication skills to meet deadlines and handle pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college degree required.
• Experience in metal fabrication manufacturing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Reading technical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Track material availability and ensure timely delivery to the shop floor.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Identify and resolve any production or scheduling issues.
