Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, and Physical profile are listed below:

• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
• Perform process according to guidelines and specifications.
• Perform 5S activities.
• Participate in daily meeting regarding the status or updates of group activity of process.
• Notify/inform immediate superior about the encountered defect/abnormality.
• Prepare and check material, tools, machinery or equipment to be used.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment as required on the assign process.
• Participate on achieving daily output and efficiency, input, ideas, knowledge, and observation on the assign process.
• Do not accept, do not pass and do not produce defective product. Report any process abnormality through Stop, Call and Wait.
• Control Material losses by means of good quality product.
• Others (any task instructed by immediate superior).
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
• Participate in all environmental/ occupational health and safety activities and have the right to refuse in case of unsafe conditions.
• Comply with FALP’s Environmental Management System Best Practices to prevent environmental accidents and to reduce environmental impacts.
• Responsible for proper use of internet and other media platform and reporting of suspected cyber threats to immediate superior and or IT Department.
• Responsible for proper use and care of machines. Report to immediate superior and/ or Equipment Department, any abnormality encountered on machine / equipment during pre-operation /operation process.
• Age - 18-40 years old (with or without manufacturing experience).
• Education- at least Junior High School Graduate or with ALS certification.
• Height - 4’6” to 5’7”
• Tattoo - Visible tattoos must be within 5x5 inches. Design must not be offensive or scandalous. If multiple tattoos, a maximum of 4 designs is allowed (each design within 5x5 inches and must be covered by an armband, etc.).
• EX Furukawa employees-Not allowed: Those separated as AWOL or dismissed due to attitude/behavioral issues.
• Allowed: Those not recalled due to other reasons (better opportunity, family matter, etc.) but must have submitted formal notice of resignation. Attendance and DA records are subject to checking
